In 2013 he graduated from IGCSE Сats Сollege Cambridge, in 2015 he graduated from Queen Ethelburga's College in North Yorkshire, United Kingdom, then in 2018 he graduated from Surrey University in the UK with a degree in Finance, Accounting and Business Administration. Supports the policy of IB.

A Harvard trained school leader, fully qualified IGCSE, AS/A-Level, IB MYP teacher and a Google Certified Educator with 13 years of teaching and 8 years of school leadership experience, Khassiyat Saidiganiyeva holds a BEd, TESOL and MSc in Educational Leadership. As part of her leadership training she has completed a school leadership and management course at the University of Sussex while job-shadowing the most outstanding Ofsted school principals in the UK. Her leadership experience highlights include successful preparation of schools for international accreditation and effective school strategic development.
